It reflects the spirit of friendliness and closeness we aim to establish with our passengers.
What Is the Karu'lis Network?
Karu'lis is an urban transportation network covering the municipalities of Les Abymes, Baie-Mahault, Pointe-à-Pitre, Le Gosier, Sainte-Anne, and Saint-François.
It provides public transportation services for residents of these six municipalities.
It is also the first transportation network to offer a commercial agency to stay close to its users. The KARU'LIS network operates from Monday to Sunday, including certain public holidays.
Why Should You Validate Your Trip Onboard, Even for Transfers?
Firstly, because it is mandatory and essential to avoid violations during inspections.
Additionally, validations are required for logistical and statistical purposes specific to the network.
What Are the Different Subscription Categories?

These subscriptions can be monthly or annual, depending on your preference.
For the annual subscription, a bank account number (RIB) is required.
What Is the 10-Trip Card?
This is a card limited to 10 trips, with a lifespan of 5 years.
The card will be debited as you use it for your journeys.You can reload it at the agency, on the website, at KARU'LIS retailers, or at payment terminals.
How Can I Check the Remaining Trips on My 10-Trip Pass?
You can check your balance on: The screen of the validation device during your trip, at retailers, at payment terminals, through the online recharge system, or with a KARU'LIS commercial agent at the agency.
I Lost or Had My 10-Trip Pass Stolen. Can It Be Replaced Along With Its Contents?
No, replacement is not possible. You will need to purchase a new 10-Trip Pass and reload it with the necessary trips. These purchases are non-refundable.
ATTENTION : The 10-trip pass is non-refundable, even in case of purchase errors or non-use!
How and Where Can I Recharge My Pass?
How to Use the Pass?
When boarding the bus, hold your card in front of the terminal located near the driver:
-A sound signal will confirm your trip is validated.
-A repetitive sound signal will indicate that your trip has not been validated.
The screen will display the reason for the rejection.
If necessary, purchase a transport ticket from the driver or visit the agency to recharge your pass.
What Should I Do in Case of Loss or Theft of My Card?
In case of loss or theft, visit this page to block your card and fill out a loss declaration form.
Since the card is secured, its use can be immediately blocked.
Replacement is available for a fee of 10 euros (reissue fee).
ATTENTION : This does not apply to the 10-trip pass. In case of loss or theft of your 10-trip pass, you must purchase a new 10-trip pass and reload it with the necessary tickets. These purchases are non-refundable.

During school terms: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:30 – Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00
During school holidays: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 – Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00
